University of Milano-Bicocca Brochure

This institutional brochure for the University of Milano-Bicocca was created as part of a collaboration with Docsity, one of the leading European companies in the digital education sector, based in Turin. The project was conceived to communicate the University’s identity to an international audience, highlighting its academic excellence, innovation, and global outlook through a strong and cohesive visual language.

The editorial graphic design work was developed through a rigorous use of the University’s institutional colors and visual identity, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach. Bicocca red becomes the dominant narrative element, used both as a graphic background and as a photographic filter, giving unity and strong visual recognition to the entire project. The layout is dynamic and modular, designed to guide the reader smoothly and intuitively by alternating informative texts, key data, and large, impactful images.

Great attention was given to graphic elements: diagonal cuts, bold color blocks, clean typography, and clear visual hierarchies help build a solid yet never static layout. Campus images and illustrations interact with white space, reinforcing the message of a modern, international university deeply connected to the urban context of Milan.

The result is an elegant and functional corporate brochure, designed as a tool for international orientation and promotion. A project that combines branding, visual identity, and editorial layout, clearly representing my approach as a freelance graphic designer focused on clear, recognizable, and strategic visual solutions for large institutions and structured organizations.
